Royal Community Support is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be hiring one on one direct support staff who work with adults with developmental disabilities. Familiarity with Townships and Counties throughout New Jersey is helpful and preferred. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience and must be proficient in the following areas:

• Utilization of Applicant Tracking Systems
• Posting vacancies (Job Boards, ATS Systems, Company Website)
• Screening Applicants
• Interviewing
• 2+ Years Experience Recruiting The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be hiring one on one direct support staff who work with adults with developmental disabilities.

Familiarity with Townships and Counties throughout New Jersey is helpful and preferred.

Hours:

9:30 AM

• 4:30 PM Monday thru Thursday and Friday 9:30 am to 3:00 pm
