ProStar Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team! This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs. The Recruiter will support our Morristown and Dover branches , assisting with recruiting, onboarding, employee orientations, customer service, staffing needs, and daily branch operations. This is a fast-paced position where strong communication, organization, and the ability to multitask are essential. Responsibilities Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for industrial positions Assist applicants with applications, onboarding, and required documentation Conduct orientations and client-specific training Communicate with clients and employees regarding staffing needs, call-offs, and assignments Assist with weekly payroll Maintain accurate employee and assignment information Visit client sites as needed to understand job requirements Assist with employee relations and problem-solving Provide support at both the Morristown and Dover branches Requirements Bilingual Reliable transportation and ability to travel between the Morristown and Dover branches Customer service or recruiting experience required Industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or staffing experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience with Avionté is a plus High school diploma required If you are dependable, motivated, and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced staffing environment, we'd love to hear from you!

$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
