OT Weekly Pay Pay Rate:

$21- $24/ hour Bilingual a must (Spanish and English) Must have your own reliable transportation We're searching for a motivated individual who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Recruiter. This individual will support by assisting with daily operations, including: Helping recruit new applicants, assisting applicants through the employment process, matching applicants with rewarding work, ensuring our customers' open positions are filled, dispatching new employees to new assignments. The right candidate will have a baseline understanding on how to interview, coordinate tasks and have a positive demeanor towards servicing employees.

Where you can shine:

Be a customer service rock star! Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers and associates by maintaining regular communication and fostering strong relationships. Navigate multiple recruiting systems. Take inbound orders from new and existing customers via email or phone calls. Proactively help to grow our business by contacting customers and upselling, generating new orders, resolving customer problems, and escalating concerns. Proactively recruit new applicants by developing creative recruitment tactics. When needed, perform high volume outbound phone calls and messaging to have orders filled. Match applicants with our customers open positions and ensure that the match works great for both the job seeker and our customers. Process Time keeping systems/records and submit to the payroll department to ensure employees are getting paid on time and correctly.. Promote a culture of safety by always keeping safety and compliance top of mind. May include having to complete incident reports and follow ups with safety team, Requirements and Job details: High school diploma or equivalent May require a valid driver's license Customer service and/or Clerical exp Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Organizational and time management skills. Ability to meet deadlines under pressure Ability to communicate effectively Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with a diverse employee population as well as multiple clients. Ability to multi-task Meticulous attention to detail. Possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to management and employees. Ability to read and interpret documents such as resumes and procedure manuals Proficiency or basic skills with computers utilizing Microsoft products such as Excel. Bilingual (English and Spanish) Administering various HR plans and procedures for personnel. Sourcing and interviewing interested candidates Posting job openings on job boards
