Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for ABA (RBT) therapists sourcing to onboarding. Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate skills related to negotiation, technical recruiting, and talent management. Build strong relationships with internal hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on employment & labor law compliance. Manage candidate pipelines through cold calling, lead generation, and research to identify high-potential talent pools. Experience Proven experience in technical recruiting or HR sourcing within a fast-paced environment.
