As an Employment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in matching qualified candidates with job opportunities that align with their skills, experience, and career goals. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific positions. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including resume writing, interview preparation, and negotiation of job offers. Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Serve as a liaison between candidates and clients, facilitating communication and resolving any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR role is not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and clients. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professionalism at all times.
