Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Location:

Elma, NY We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Aircraft Group through full-cycle recruiting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical recruiting, creative sourcing, and candidate evaluation skills, with the ability to recruit for specialized and hard-to-fill positions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Develop creative strategies to attract qualified technical candidates. Screen and evaluate candidates against job requirements. Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders. Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Provide recruiting updates and hiring recommendations.

Requirements:

Proven full-cycle recruitment experience. Strong technical recruiting and sourcing skills. Experience filling difficult-to-fill positions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and manage competing priorities. Proactive, accountable, and collaborative mindset.

Pay:
