Main Focus of Position:

The primary responsibility for this role is leading campus tours. Depending on office needs, you may periodically be assigned additional responsibilities, including but not limited to: conducting admission conversations with prospective students, greeting visitors, assisting with visitor check in and front desk management, working on admission recruitment projects, and coordinating campus visit events.

Responsibilities:

Admissions Student Ambassadors are responsible for providing guided campus tours to prospective students and their families along with group visits. Guides must be able to showcase the Herkimer campus in a positive fashion. Other responsibilities include office tasks, inputting data into Slate, filing, answering phones, stuffing folders, gathering materials and special events.

Qualifications:

Outgoing, friendly interpersonal and responsible

Requirements:

Tours are offered every day. Some weekends/holidays availability is required.
