Human Resources Dept Position Summary Summary:
The Recruitment Assistant provides clerical support to the Human Resources, primarily supporting the Recruitment Function, and HR Operations. Supports the HR Business Partners, Director of Recruitment and Retention in Recruitment Functions. Supports the Director of HR in providing Front Desk Coverage and Scanning of Licenses, Certifications. Participates in department activities as required.
Qualifications Responsibilities:
Education Required Must complete in-house orientation program High school Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's Preferred; Must have at least one-year human resources experience OR Bachelor's Degree with previous clerical/office experience in a healthcare or similar setting. Experience And Skills Speaks, reads and writes English Must have at least one year experience providing clerical support; preferably in a Human Resources Department or Office/healthcare setting Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
License/Certifications Working Conditions Other information:
Working Conditions Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) worn Will require prolonged periods at a computer terminal. Ability to bend, lift, retrieve files. Frequent telephone use. May require periodic travel to off-site locations and community events
