As an associate, you'll be trained in the field of executive search focusing in the private wealth industry. Criterion Management would include hands-on training in sales, negotiation techniques, maintaining our internal CRM database and building client relationships. Please note this job is in Rye Brook, so candidates should only apply if they have reliable transportation and are able to commute to the office each day of the training period. Upon completion of the training, there is a chance where remote work would be offered. About Criterion Management, we represent senior private wealth advisors looking to advance their careers. We are an external recruiting firm that represents top tier advisors looking for the next step in their career. Qualifications:
