Position Overview:

Beacon Search Group is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Bowling Green, Ohio. We're seeking someone with a strong background in recruiting for manufacturing, technical, and professional positions who enjoys building relationships, identifying top talent, and delivering results. This position will initially focus on full-cycle recruiting, with a defined opportunity to grow into an Account Manager role as the individual develops within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, skilled trades, operations, leadership, and professional positions. Identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive sourcing. Conduct candidate interviews to assess experience, technical qualifications, compensation expectations, and career objectives. Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future client opportunities. Work closely with company leadership to understand client hiring needs and position requirements. Present qualified candidates with detailed summaries highlighting their relevant skills and experience. Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and assist throughout the offer and hiring process. Build long-term relationships with candidates and industry professionals. Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate information within the ATS/CRM. Meet established recruiting goals while maintaining a high level of candidate and client service.

Qualifications:

2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a 3rd party staffing agency or executive search environment. Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, technical, skilled trades, and/or professional disciplines. Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS/CRM systems, and other recruiting platforms. Ability to manage multiple recruiting assignments and priorities. Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment. Interest in developing client relationships and eventually taking on account management responsibilities.

Full-time Pay:

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
