Proactively source, recruit, and hire high-performing people across sales, marketing, manufacturing, operations, finance, and leadership. Go beyond job postings. Identify and engage talented individuals who aren't actively looking for new opportunities. Own the hiring process. Lead recruiting from initial outreach and interviews through offers and onboarding. Raise the bar. Partner with leadership to define what great performance looks like and identify candidates who meet that standard. Build a talent pipeline. Develop relationships with promising candidates before positions become available. Deliver results. Improve hiring quality, recruiting efficiency, and employee retention. Build Systems That Scale Develop proactive recruiting strategies aligned with company growth. Establish effective interviewing, candidate evaluation, and hiring processes. Leverage technology, AI, and automation to improve recruiting. Strengthen Bedrock's reputation as a place where exceptional people want to work. Lead Our People & HR Function Oversee onboarding, employee relations, HR policies, and compliance. Partner with leadership to strengthen performance, accountability, and employee development. What You Bring Proven success in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, executive search, or a related field. Experience proactively sourcing, interviewing, and hiring exceptional candidates. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Understanding of HR fundamentals and employment practices. A hands-on, resourceful, self-directed approach.
