Job Description

Job Title:

HR Recruiter Working Hours:

7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch.

Duration:

6+months

Location:

711 Taylor Street, Elyria,OH-44035

Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment, create job requisitions, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, participate in panel interviews, extend offers, arrange background checks and drug screenings, track open positions, and support new-hire orientation.

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED required . Experience recruiting for manufacturing or hourly roles, including assemblers, machinists, shipping, and quality . Strong communication, organizational, relationship-building, and candidate evaluation skills. Familiarity with job postings, multiple shifts, overtime, and manufacturing environments preferred .

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 per week Application Question(s): Required a minimum 2-3 yrs of Experience in recruiting for manufacturing or hourly roles, including assemblers, machinists, shipping, and quality.
