Contract Recruiter Fairfield, Ohio $55,000 - $65,000 annually First Shift Contract Position LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with one of our clients in the Fairfield, Ohio area to recruit a Contract Recruiter. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiting professional who enjoys building relationships, managing full-cycle recruiting efforts, and helping organizations attract top talent. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for a variety of positions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requisitions. What You'll Do Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer stage Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals Conduct phone screens and candidate interviews Coordinate interview scheduling and hiring team communication Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Track recruiting activity and provide updates on hiring progress What We're Looking For Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resources Experience managing multiple openings simultaneously Strong sourcing and candidate relationship-building skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Pay Details:
