This individual will be responsible for recruiting and hiring compassionate, reliable caregivers who are dedicated to providing quality care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and able to manage the hiring process from start to finish. The Hiring & Onboarding Coordinator will oversee job postings, applicant screening, candidate communication, interviews, and onboarding paperwork to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred. Key Responsibilities Recruit and hire qualified caregivers for our home health agency. Post job openings on Indeed and other recruitment platforms. Review applications, screen candidates, and schedule interviews. Communicate with applicants and follow up throughout the hiring process. Coordinate new-hire onboarding, paperwork, and orientation. Track background checks, references, and required employment documentation. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Ensure new hires complete all required steps before beginning work. Work with management to identify staffing needs and fill open positions promptly. Provide a professional and positive experience for applicants. Qualifications Previous experience in recruiting, hiring, staffing, or human resources preferred. Home care or healthcare industry experience is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Comfortable using Indeed, email, computers, and online applications. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet hiring goals. Professional, dependable, and attentive to detail. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Pay:

$19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
