Our client is a well-established, multi-location organization that is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a six-month contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys connecting great people with great career opportunities. This role will focus on recruiting for front-line across multiple locations. You'll partner closely with hiring leaders, build strong candidate pipelines, move candidates efficiently through the hiring process, and help ensure open positions are filled with the right people.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, entry-level positions Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and organizational fit Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates Track recruiting activity, candidate progress, and hiring metrics Provide hiring managers with market insight and recruiting recommendations Help create a positive, professional candidate experience from initial contact through hire Support recruiting initiatives designed to improve speed, quality, and retention of hires
WHAT YOU BRING
2+ years of recruiting experience; high-volume or multi-location recruiting strongly preferred Experience recruiting for retail, service, hospitality, manufacturing, or other high-volume environments is a plus Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Comfortable making a high volume of candidate contacts and conducting phone screens Organized, responsive, and highly accountable Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with hiring managers Strong computer skills and experience working with an ATS A results-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Passion for the work you do and the people you do it with!
