Job Description

Join a high-performance team where your ability to connect with people and build relationships directly supports the growth of First Coast Security. As a Community Recruiting Ambassador , you'll serve as our boots-on-the-ground recruiting presence throughout the Tri-Cities area, building community partnerships, creating awareness of career opportunities, and developing strong candidate pipelines for our Irrigon, Hermiston, and Boardman data center locations. If you're outgoing, self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and enjoy getting out into the community rather than sitting behind a desk all day, this is the role for you.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Serve as a visible recruiting presence throughout the Tri-Cities area, actively engaging potential candidates and promoting career opportunities with First Coast Security Build and maintain relationships with workforce centers, colleges, trade schools, community organizations, local businesses, and other referral partners Identify and develop new community partnerships and grassroots recruiting opportunities Attend job fairs, community events, networking events, and other local activities to generate candidate interest and build recruiting pipelines Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach candidates where they live, work, and spend their time Promote current employment opportunities while increasing awareness of First Coast Security throughout the local market Source candidates using a variety of methods to maintain a strong and consistent candidate pipeline Screen candidates by reviewing applications and conducting phone and in-person interviews Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist with candidate selection and extend employment offers Support candidates as they transition from recruiting into the onboarding process Coordinate with Recruiting and Operations to understand current staffing priorities and adjust community outreach efforts accordingly Support orientation and new-hire logistics when needed Maintain accurate candidate activity, recruiting records, and basic reporting Deliver recruiting materials to community partners, client locations, and other strategic locations as needed Manage recruiting activity and results while meeting established hiring objectives Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection activities are conducted in accordance with applicable employment laws and regulations Represent First Coast Security professionally and enthusiastically in every candidate and community interaction
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in recruiting, community outreach, sales, business development, or another people-facing role preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage daily priorities Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable approaching and engaging individuals in community settings Reliable transportation and ability to travel regularly throughout the Tri-Cities area Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend recruiting and community events

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Primarily field-based throughout the Tri-Cities area Regular local travel to community organizations, recruiting events, workforce centers, schools, businesses, and other sourcing locations Some time will be spent at the Hermiston office conducting interviews, completing recruiting activities, and coordinating with the Recruiting and Operations teams Regular support of recruiting efforts for the Irrigon, Hermiston, and Boardman data center locations Requires driving, walking, standing for extended periods during events, and occasionally transporting recruiting materials Full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend recruiting activities All qualified applicants will be considered regardless of ethnicity, nationality, gender, veteran or disability status, religion, age, sexual orientation, or other protected status.
