December 11th with potential to extend Looking to start a career in recruiting or HR? We're looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience with the recruiting process. You'll help review applications, contact candidates, conduct initial phone screens, schedule interviews, manage candidate pipelines, support recruiting events, and keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process.
What we offer:
$15/hour + $25 bonus for each successful hire Approximately 30 hours per week Hands-on recruiting experience Direct coaching and mentorship Experience working with candidates and hiring leaders Opportunity to build your resume with real Talent Acquisition experience We're looking for someone who is: Outgoing and comfortable talking with candidates Organized and detail-oriented Professional and dependable Goal-driven Comfortable using phones, email, and technology Interested in HR, recruiting, business, sales, or operations No previous recruiting experience required. We'll teach you the recruiting process.
