Talent Acquisition Business Partner Job Overview:

Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This temporary opportunity is based in Blue Bell, PA or Raleigh, NC with a Hybrid work arrangement requiring two to three days in the office each week. The position offers the opportunity to manage recruiting for laboratory, clinical, healthcare, and scientific talent while partnering closely with business leaders on urgent staffing needs. Success will require sound recruiting judgment, independence, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to maintain momentum in a fast paced hiring environment.

Compensation:

$50.00-$55.00/hour

Talent Acquisition Business Partner:

Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle for scientific, laboratory, healthcare, and clinical positions, providing candidates with a consistent and professional experience throughout the process. Guide hiring managers through recruiting decisions by clarifying position needs, developing appropriate sourcing approaches, and maintaining alignment throughout active searches. Deliver recruiting support across multiple locations and changing hiring priorities while balancing requisition volume and timely placement expectations. Analyze recruiting activity and hiring data to identify opportunities for stronger processes, improved efficiency, and better talent outcomes. Maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent channels while applying current recruiting practices to support evolving workforce needs. Qualifications and Skills for the

Talent Acquisition Business Partner:

Bachelor's degree is required, along with demonstrated scientific or laboratory recruiting experience within environments such as pharmaceutical, clinical research, biological laboratory, healthcare, or related organizations. Proven ability to independently manage the fundamentals of full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, candidate assessment, hiring manager partnership, offer activity, and multiple concurrent searches. Experience working directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders is required; corporate recruiting experience is preferred, although agency recruiters with substantial client and hiring manager ownership may also be considered. Experience using an applicant tracking system is strongly preferred, with familiarity with enterprise recruiting technology considered beneficial rather than mandatory. Strong work ethic, organization, responsiveness, and comfort operating in a fast paced recruiting environment with short time to fill expectations are required. Why Join Us?
