Join Our Team as a Part-Time Recruiter! Do you enjoy connecting talented people with the right opportunity? Are you organized, responsive, and comfortable keeping multiple searches moving at once? We are looking for a personable and proactive Part-Time Recruiter to help us find great candidates, strengthen our employer brand, and create a positive experience from first contact through the hiring process. What You'll Do Source candidates through job boards, social media, databases, staffing partners, schools, and community networks. Post open positions and keep advertisements accurate, current, and appealing. Review applications, complete phone or video screens, and coordinate interviews. Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the process. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and share recruiting updates. Track recruiting activity, candidate progress, and key results. Support career fairs, trade fairs, academic outreach, and employer-brand activities. Assist with new-hire orientation or training coordination as needed. What You Bring Recruiting, staffing, HR or administrative experience. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people. Confidence using job boards, social media, databases, and Microsoft Office tools. Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail. The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with HR and hiring managers.
