Talent Acquisition Specialist:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will perform high-volume recruiting for hourly employees and will report to the Director of HR. Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Career Center, and other recruiting platforms Attend community recruiting events, job fairs, Workforce Essentials events, and military transition/job fairs at nearby Army bases during work hours Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes Assist with extending job offers and facilitate pre-employment activities, including on-site drug screens Answer employee HR-related questions and provide general HR support Assist with special events including company picnics, family events, and holiday celebrations Preferred Qualifications of the
