Job Description

About SOS SOS, Serving Our Seniors is a growing, locally owned non-medical home care agency dedicated to providing dependable, compassionate care to seniors in the Greater Memphis Area. We're looking for an organized, people-focused Recruiter / Office Coordinator to help us find excellent caregivers and support the daily operations of our Collierville office. What You'll Do Recruiting and hiring Post and manage caregiver job advertisements on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, and other platforms. Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct phone and in-person interviews. Coordinate background checks, references, drug screens, and other pre-employment requirements. Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate applicant records and coordinate new-hire orientation and onboarding. Build relationships with local schools, CNA programs, and community organizations to develop a strong caregiver pipeline. Work with management to support caregiver staffing needs. Office coordination and team support Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally. Maintain organized employee files and track paperwork, certifications, and training. Assist with caregiver and client communication, scheduling, and staffing coverage as needed. Help caregivers with employment-related questions and communicate agency policies. Support the care management and scheduling teams during busy periods. Assist with office organization, supplies, and special projects. Carry a company-provided phone and assist with phone coverage as needed, including occasional weekends. What We're Looking For Experience in recruiting, human resources, office administration, healthcare, home care, staffing, or a related field preferred. Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or healthcare recruiting experience is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Comfort conducting interviews and speaking with candidates by phone. Ability to manage changing priorities and pay close attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and everyday computer tasks, including email, data entry, and working across multiple programs. Ability to handle confidential employee and client information appropriately. A dependable, professional, team-oriented approach.
Schedule and Compensation Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, with flexibility to assist with staffing or operational needs outside normal business hours based on business needs.
Compensation:

Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
