What You'll Do

Find Great People Before Anyone Else Does

Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, community events, and direct outreach.

Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled professionals for current and future openings.

Recruit for a variety of industries including industrial, construction, LNG, refining, manufacturing, logistics, administrative, healthcare, aerospace, and professional services.

Think creatively to identify hard-to-find candidates and gain a competitive advantage.

Build Relationships & Trust

Conduct candidate interviews and assess qualifications, work history, culture fit, and career goals.

Develop long-term relationships with candidates, becoming their trusted career resource.

Stay connected with past placements to generate referrals and future opportunities.

Represent Coastal Staffing professionally and positively in the community.

Match Talent with Opportunity

Understand client needs and quickly identify qualified candidates.

Present top talent to clients with confidence.

Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and start dates.

Follow up with both clients and employees to ensure successful placements.

Preferred Experience

Recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, customer service, or account management experience.

Staffing agency experience strongly preferred.

Experience recruiting skilled trades, industrial, construction, refinery, LNG, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or professional personnel.

Knowledge of Southwest Louisiana and Southeast Texas workforce markets.

Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, or other recruiting platforms.

Performance Expectations Successful recruiters will: Generate a high volume of candidate outreach activities.

Conduct multiple interviews daily.

Submit qualified candidates quickly.

Consistently achieve placement goals.

Build meaningful candidate relationships.

Deliver excellent client service.
