Great Entry-Level Recruiter opportunity for a career-minded individual looking to get their foot in the door. You will be performing activities in human resources, from recruiting new hew hires to retaining existing hires. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing all aspects of national clients to ensure service and staffing levels are being met.

The Day-to-Day:

Build and maintain an excellent partnership through an extensive and detailed understanding of clients' staffing needs Recruit and retain a talent pool of qualified candidates to ensure a high level of order fulfillment at all times Screen and identify candidates aligned with specific job requirements Provide timely and accurate reporting as required by the client at all times Conduct thorough orientation with contingent workforce in accordance with client's requirements, policies & procedures Build, maintain, and foster client relationships with the client management team

Qualifications:

Bilingual - English and Spanish is a plus Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum of 1 -3 years of recruiting, customer service, or Hospitality experience Ability to effectively multitask

Pay Rate:

$45k to $50k /per yr
