$46.59 - $46.6 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

PMeducation:

BachelorsResponsibilities Pipeline & Req Management:

Manage 15-25 concurrent requisitions across diverse roles and locations, targeting ~10 hires per month.

Core Hiring Focus:

Recruit for high-impact branch roles, including Client Relationship Specialists, Client Service Managers, Investment Consultants, and Financial Advisors.

Volume Screening & Sourcing:

Triage high-volume applicant flows (often 400+ per posting over a weekend) with speed and precision. Conduct outbound sourcing for licensed talent using Discover Data.

Consultative Partnership:

Lead strategic intake calls, guide leaders on market realities, and proactively set clear hiring expectations.

Qualifications:

Proven full-lifecycle recruiting experience managing 15+ concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced environment (agency or corporate). Consultative and stakeholder-management skills; ability to influence high-touch leaders. High adaptability and organizational skills to triage large applicant pipelines. Familiarity with Workday, iCIMS, or similar enterprise ATS platforms preferred.
