New Construction & Disaster Services Contractor Claremont Property Company Full-Time | Multi-State Construction & Disaster Services Build the Team That Builds the Future Claremont Property Company is a growing construction, disaster restoration, roofing, and property services company with operations across multiple gulf coast and east coast states.
Since 1995, Claremont has built its reputation by responding when property owners need us most. Our work includes emergency disaster response, commercial restoration and reconstruction, roofing, remediation, multifamily construction, and other complex construction projects. We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands the construction industry and knows how to find, attract, evaluate, and hire the people who make great construction companies successful. This is not a traditional corporate recruiting position. You will be recruiting the people who actually build and manage our projects — from skilled craft employees, superintendents, project managers, estimators, accounting personal, construction professionals, business development personnel, and senior management. The Opportunity As Claremont continues to grow, we need a recruiter who can help us build a strong pipeline of talented professionals throughout the states we work in. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, persistent, and comfortable recruiting in a competitive industry where experienced construction professionals are in high demand. You will work directly with company leadership and local project managers to understand our staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, source candidates, conduct initial interviews, manage the recruiting process, and help Claremont build teams capable of handling both everyday construction projects and large-scale disaster events. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruiting strategies for construction, restoration, roofing, and corporate positions.
Recruit experienced Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Accounting Personal, Construction Managers, Project Engineers, Safety Professionals, Business Developers, Purchasing Professionals, and Skilled Craft personnel .
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified construction professionals.
Utilize Indeed, LinkedIn, industry-specific recruiting platforms, social media, networking, referrals, trade organizations, schools, and other recruiting sources.
Proactively identify and contact passive candidates who are not actively looking for employment.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Evaluate candidates for construction experience, leadership ability, communication skills, technical knowledge, work history, and cultural fit.
Work closely with management to understand specific project and market staffing requirements.
Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Help develop compelling job postings that accurately represent the opportunity and attract qualified candidates.
Maintain organized recruiting records and applicant information.
Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, and hires.
Develop relationships with construction professionals in our existing and future markets.
Manage large scale recruiting efforts following disasters.
Help identify candidates capable of traveling and working on large-scale disaster response projects when required.
Develop employee referral and recruiting programs designed to attract high-quality construction professionals.
The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who understands that great recruiting is more than posting a job and waiting for applications. The successful candidate will be a hunter — someone who knows how to find good people, establish relationships with them, sell them on an opportunity, and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
You should have:
5+ years of recruiting experience , in construction, restoration, roofing, engineering, real estate development, homebuilding, or another related industry.
Demonstrated success recruiting difficult-to-find construction professionals.
Experience recruiting for multiple positions simultaneously.
Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting platforms.
Strong interviewing and candidate-evaluation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
The ability to manage multiple openings and priorities at the same time.
A strong understanding of construction terminology and organizational structures.
The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with company leadership.
A professional, energetic, and persistent approach to recruiting.
Experience recruiting Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators, Construction Managers, Skilled Craft, and other field personnel is highly desirable. What Makes Claremont Different? At Claremont, our employees are not simply filling positions — they are joining a company that responds when businesses, property owners, and communities need help. Our work can take us from a normal construction project one day to a major hurricane, tornado, flood, or other disaster response the next. That creates opportunities for people who want more than a routine construction job. We believe in developing our people, promoting from within, and giving talented employees opportunities to grow with the company. Our careers range from skilled craft and field supervision to project management, estimating, business development, purchasing, administration, and executive leadership. Why Join Claremont?

You can sell a candidate on the opportunity without overselling the company. You follow up. You don't give up after the first "no." And you understand that the quality of the people we hire directly determines the quality of the company we build. If that sounds like you, we want to talk with you.
