Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated full-time Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This position requires proficiency in both English and another language, enabling effective communication with diverse candidates. The Bilingual Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while adhering to employment labor laws and fostering positive employee relations.

Hours:

Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm

Pay:

$17-19 an hour Bilingual is required

•Responsibilities Conduct talent acquisition activities including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. Utilize platforms such as Workday and Taleo for managing candidate applications and tracking progress through the recruitment process. Engage in lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics. Foster positive employee relations by maintaining open lines of communication with candidates throughout their journey. Experience Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a bilingual setting. Strong understanding of employee relations and employment labor law principles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and another language. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
