What You'll Be Doing This is a fast-paced, hands-on recruiting position where success is measured by results. Proactively source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates. Recruit for warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, skilled trades, and administrative positions. Develop a strong pipeline of dependable, job-ready candidates. Match candidates to client opportunities based on skills, experience, availability, and fit. Build lasting relationships with candidates and client companies. Manage multiple open job orders and consistently meet placement deadlines. Coordinate interviews, hiring paperwork, onboarding, and employment eligibility verification. Maintain accurate records and ensure all hiring procedures are followed. Follow up with associates after placement to improve retention and resolve issues. Work closely with our sales and recruiting teams to meet weekly performance goals. $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
