Job Overview Pitman Farms is on the lookout for an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources Recruiter to join our HR team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind attracting talent, managing the full recruitment cycle, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. Your efforts will directly contribute to shaping a talented, diverse, and engaged workforce. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various departments. Conduct thorough interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth while maintaining compliance with employment law in talent management. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent management advice. Stay updated on HR legal compliance, employment law changes, and best practices in external recruiting and high-volume recruitment efforts. Experience Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment; experience with high volume recruitment is highly desirable. Knowledge of technical recruiting methods for specialized roles and executive recruiting strategies. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in candidate sourcing, research, employee evaluation, and relationship management. Prior exposure to HR legal compliance issues related to employment law in talent management is a plus.
