Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for various positions within the organization. This role involves identifying and attracting top talent, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. The consultant plays a key role in creating a positive candidate experience while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with hiring policies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience Minimum of one year professional level experience in a recruiting role to include some compensation experience; preferably in healthcare or other complex environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field 3-5 years or more of professional level experience in a recruiting role. Experience in other functions of

Extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels in the organization. Accepts responsibility to deliver on performance expectations which contribute to the organization's goals. Expresses ideas and information effectively both verbally and in writing. Sharing information and ideas with others, has good listening skills. Understanding a given situation or problem by combining information that is readily available; identifying patterns or connections between situations that are not obviously related; identifying key or underlying issues in complex situations. Having and using knowledge of systems, situations, procedures, and culture inside the organization to identify potential problems and opportunities; perceiving the impact and the implications of decisions on other components of the organization. Understands and processes complex information and exercises sound judgment, considering the situation, the issues, the key players, and the levels of authority involved.
