Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Truck Driver Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified CDL drivers to support our company's growing operations. This role involves developing recruiting strategies, building relationships with potential candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have prior recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the trucking industry and driver qualifications.

Key responsibilities include:

Sourcing and screening qualified truck driver candidates through online platforms, job boards, referrals, and networking. Managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial outreach to onboarding. Ensuring all candidates meet DOT, FMCSA, and company requirements. Building strong relationships with candidates to maintain a steady driver pipeline. Collaborating with operations and management to understand staffing needs. Tracking recruiting metrics and providing regular updates on hiring progress. This position will also assist the office work flow throughout the day. Compensation is based on experience.
