Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMHQ Aero is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for aviation, heavy industry, and transportation roles in Bridgeport, WV. This position drives candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR.Key Responsibilities Lead full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles; partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles. Source, screen, and assess candidates through phone, video, and in‑person interviews. Present qualified candidates and collaborate with hiring managers on selection decisions. Consolidate interview feedback and guide final hiring recommendations. Determine offer details, coordinate with HR/Compensation, and extend offers. Manage candidate communication throughout the entire hiring process. Oversee pre‑employment steps; coordinate with Recruiting Advisor to ensure timely onboarding. Track candidate progress to meet target start dates; rescind offers when necessary. Administer employee referral program and maintain communication with referring employees. Maintain accurate candidate documentation in compliance with company and state requirements. Ensure ATS accuracy, dashboard integrity, and hiring metric tracking. Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience. 5+ years of recruiting experience (7+ preferred). Background in aviation, heavy industry, or transportation strongly preferred. Strong customer‑service approach with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with

ATS/HRIS

platforms (SuccessFactors a plus). Skilled in behavior‑based interviewing; certification preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. High attention to detail, confidentiality, and follow‑through. Agency or corporate recruiting experience preferred. Willingness to travel and adjust work hours as needed to meet hiring goals. Requirements Must pass FAA‑compliant drug/alcohol screening and background check (no felonies). Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
