About The Job:

Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and recruiting logistics across multiple time zones Support onboarding, offboarding, background checks, and employment verifications Process recruiting invoices and maintain candidate records in iCIMS or similar ATS Prepare recruiting correspondence, reports, and status updates Ensure a positive candidate experience through organized, professional communication Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to support recruiting operations

About You:

Experience in recruiting coordination, HR, administrative support, or a professional services environment preferred Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ATS experience preferred (iCIMS a plus) Professional, discreet, and comfortable working with confidential information
