And we have no plans of slowing down. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage the company's recruiting function. This role will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing the recruiting team, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders, and ensuring hiring needs are met across multiple locations and departments. The ideal candidate has strong full-cycle recruiting experience, team management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, last-mile delivery, or supply chain is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the company's overall talent acquisition function and recruiting team. Develop and implement recruiting strategies to support business growth and workforce planning. Partner with department leaders and regional hiring managers to understand headcount needs, hiring priorities, and position requirements. Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and pre-employment follow-up. Manage recruiting activities across multiple locations and departments. Coach, supervise, and provide performance guidance to recruiters and recruiting coordinators. Monitor open positions, candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, hiring progress, and other recruiting metrics. Identify and improve sourcing channels, including Indeed, LinkedIn, employee referrals, staffing agencies, and other platforms. Review compensation expectations and coordinate offer approvals with HR leadership and hiring managers. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners. Ensure recruiting practices comply with company policies and applicable employment laws. Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and overall hiring efficiency. Support employer branding, workforce planning, and other HR initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. 2+ years of recruiting team leadership or management experience preferred. Experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse, last-mile delivery, or supply chain is strongly preferred. Strong experience with high-volume and multi-location recruiting. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ATS systems, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms. Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and hiring process improvement. Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred
