Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Hiring Manager to oversee the recruitment process for our Door-to-Door and In-Home Sales teams. This role involves screening candidates, leading interviews, managing onboarding, and setting clear performance expectations. The Hiring Manager will support operations at the specified location, track key performance metrics, and ensure the hiring process aligns with company goals. This is a paid position committed to attracting and selecting top talent to drive our sales initiatives forward. Responsibilities Screen and evaluate candidates to identify those who meet the qualifications for door-to-door and in-home sales roles Lead and conduct interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the team Set clear performance expectations and communicate them effectively to new and existing team members Support operational needs at the designated location, providing guidance and assistance as needed Track recruitment metrics to measure hiring effectiveness and improve processes over time Collaborate with sales leadership to understand staffing needs and adjust hiring strategies accordingly Qualifications Proven experience in hiring or recruiting, preferably within sales or customer-facing roles Strong interview and assessment skills with the ability to identify top talent Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking metrics and managing processes Ability to communicate clearly and set expectations effectively Experience supporting team onboarding and integration processes Knowledge of sales environments or door-to-door/in-home sales is a plus but not required Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and support a dynamic sales team This role offers an opportunity to be a key contributor in building a successful sales team through strategic hiring and effective talent management.

Pay:

$41,600.00 - $80,000.00 per year
