Jobs › Littleton, MA › Recruiting Manager Robert Half Recruiting Manager Littleton, MA Apply Description We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to join on a Contract basis. This role will partner closely with the Human Resources team to coordinate recruiting activities, support candidate evaluation, and help deliver a smooth hiring experience from sourcing through onboarding. The ideal candidate brings strong talent acquisition expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to manage recruiting operations with accuracy and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR colleagues on daily hiring activities, ensuring recruiting priorities are organized and moving forward efficiently.
- Review applicant backgrounds, conduct initial candidate outreach and screening, and help guide the selection process toward candidates with relevant experience.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout each hiring stage to promote a positive and well-organized experience.
- Coordinate pre-employment steps and onboarding logistics so new hires are prepared for a successful start.
- Keep candidate records, recruiting updates, and hiring documentation accurate, current, and well organized.
- Prepare and manage job advertisements, monitor applicant activity, and support recruitment administration across open roles.
- Contribute to additional HR initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve.
- Provide broad administrative and coordination support to the Human Resources team to help maintain effective daily operations. Requirements
- Experience managing full-cycle recruiting within a corporate or services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to source talent, build candidate pipelines, and support hiring for a range of positions, including senior-level roles.
- Working knowledge of talent acquisition practices, candidate screening methods, and onboarding coordination.
- Familiarity with HR policies and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on candidate care and stakeholder collaboration.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when maintaining recruiting data and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
