About the role As a Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will make an impact by owning a portfolio of mid-to-senior leadership hires for Cognizant Consulting and delivering thoughtful, high-quality talent solutions using market intelligence, analytics, and AI-enabled recruiting practices. You will be a valued member of the Global Consulting Talent Acquisition team and work collaboratively with Consulting leaders, Hiring Managers, global TA peers, sourcing COEs, workforce planning, HR partners, and clients. In this role, you will Serve as a trusted talent advisor to Consulting leaders and Hiring Managers, leading structured job calibration discussions and building hiring strategies aligned to business priorities, market realities, and workforce plans. Own and deliver the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior-level consulting roles, from intake through offer and onboarding handoff, ensuring disciplined assessment, timely stakeholder engagement, and diverse, inclusive candidate slates. Operate as a player-coach by personally driving critical hires while leading, coaching, and developing assigned recruiters/TA partners on performance, prioritization, capacity planning, and team well-being. Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools, ATS insights, CRM data, and sourcing automation to improve pipeline quality, speed, and predictability, and translate recruiting analytics into executive-ready insights. Design and execute targeted, cost-effective sourcing strategies while ensuring adherence to TA, HR, and operational governance, data accuracy, and compliance requirements. What you must have to be considered Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive recruitment experience within management consulting, professional services, or executive search environments. Proven experience hiring mid-to-senior-level consulting talent in an in-house TA role, including recruiting across multiple geographies and complex organizational structures. Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms, CRM tools, AI-enabled sourcing technologies, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Demonstrated ability to use data, dashboards, and market insights to influence senior stakeholders, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Working knowledge of Americas employment laws, hiring regulations, and recruitment compliance requirements across supported markets. These will help you succeed A strong consulting mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results independently. Experience contributing to employer branding through recruitment marketing, social media engagement, and targeted hiring campaigns. A passion for continuous improvement, simplifying processes, and adopting new TA technologies. Salary and Other Compensation Applications will be accepted until October 20, 2026 The annual salary for this position is between $74,700 - $118,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
