Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. The role. Build the campus workforce — recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations for a fast-growing site, with a strong local-hiring mandate. What you'll do: Own full-cycle recruiting across all campus roles Build local pipelines with schools, trades, and veteran programs Run onboarding, benefits administration, and HR compliance Stand up the apprenticeship program with the Training Coordinator Advise site leaders on employee relations What you'll bring: 5+ years HR generalist/recruiting experience, industrial or technical hiring preferred Experience with high-volume, multi-shift hiring Knowledge of Ohio employment practices Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Alignment Engine Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
