Title:

Onsite Manager Onsite Manager / Recruiter represents JobsRUs.com by overseeing day-to-day operations of our Contingent Labor at our client site. The Onsite Manager is responsible for daily communication with Client HR/Supervisors, daily communication with contingent workers, recruitment and retention of contingent workers. This includes but not limited to: meetings with internal and external leadership, contingent labor coaching, contingent labor orientations, onboarding; compliance of new recruits, payroll functions and completion of the site's daily tasks.
