Job Description

Senior Talent Advisor Location:
Westlake, TX; Austin, TX; or Orlando, FL (
Hybrid:
4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Position Type:
12+ Months Contract About the Role As a Senior Talent Advisor, you will design and deliver data-informed recruiting strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across key business initiatives. You will act as a consultative partner to hiring managers and leadership, providing actionable labor market intelligence, driving structured candidate evaluations, and executing full-lifecycle hiring aligned with broader workforce planning goals.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Talent Advisory & Consultation:
Lead structured intake sessions to define role requirements, business outcomes, and candidate profiles; provide real-time labor market insights, competitive benchmarking, and strategic hiring recommendations to business leaders.
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development:
Build, nurture, and sustain high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions using multi-channel proactive sourcing techniques.
Structured Assessment & Selection:
Apply competency- and skills-based assessment frameworks to evaluate candidate qualifications; partner with interview teams to establish fair, objective evaluation criteria and design structured interview guides.
Interview Debrief & Decision Facilitation:
Facilitate interview debrief discussions, synthesize interviewer feedback into actionable hiring summaries, and drive objective selection decisions.
Stakeholder & Candidate Experience:
Deliver a transparent, high-touch experience for candidates and hiring managers; maintain regular status communications and cultivate strong partnerships across Talent Acquisition, HR, and cross-functional teams.
Governance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to compliance standards, employment regulations, and enterprise risk guidelines; mentor team members and contribute to recruiting optimization projects. Minimum Qualifications 5-7 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience within a corporate environment or retained executive search firm. Proven track record designing and executing targeted recruiting strategies for complex, specialized, or hard-to-fill requisitions. Hands-on experience facilitating competency-based and skills-based candidate evaluations and structured interview processes. Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions across diverse leadership levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with standard productivity tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting across multiple business functions, corporate domains, or technical business units. Working knowledge of workforce planning principles, talent market analytics, and employer branding initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
