•Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Performance-Based Bonus Potential About the Opportunity Eterna Insurance Solutions is seeking an experienced, energetic, and results-driven Life Insurance Training & Development Manager to lead and elevate our nationwide agent training programs. We're looking for someone who understands life insurance sales, knows how to engage and develop agents, and can build structured training programs that drive measurable results. This position will oversee new-agent orientation, daily company-wide virtual training, curriculum development, and the expansion of Eterna's Learning Management System (LMS). You'll work directly with company leadership and our existing training team to help agents nationwide improve their skills, confidence, and production.

What You'll Do Lead Daily Training:

Deliver engaging company-wide Zoom trainings covering sales strategies, insurance products, carrier knowledge, and compliance.

Manage Agent Orientation:

Lead structured onboarding programs to prepare new agents for success.

Develop Training Content:

Create presentations, scripts, courses, workshops, and educational resources for new and experienced agents.

Build Our Learning Platform:

Help develop and manage Eterna's LMS, including training videos, learning paths, quizzes, and assessments.

Drive Agent Performance:

Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps, implement coaching strategies, and improve agent production.

Manage Training Schedules:

Organize and execute a consistent company-wide training calendar. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales training, coaching, or professional development. Life insurance sales experience and an active life insurance license. Strong presentation skills and the ability to lead engaging virtual training sessions. Experience developing training materials, presentations, and structured programs. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple training initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Experience as an independent life insurance broker or within an IMO. Knowledge of inbound and outbound life insurance sales, including live transfers. Familiarity with term life, whole life, final expense, and IUL products. Experience developing or managing a Learning Management System (LMS). Background in insurance sales leadership, carrier training, or corporate learning and development. Why Join Eterna? Pay:

$55,500.00 - $150,000.00 per year
