You'll partner with hiring managers to create 30-60-90 day plans that get new team members up to speed. And you'll make sure our people keep growing long after onboarding ends. Proven L&D Experience . 3+ years building and delivering training programs, ideally across multiple departments or roles. Range Across the Business . You've built training for both field and office teams. Construction or homebuilding experience is a big plus. Onboarding Know-How. You've designed onboarding and 30-60-90 day plans across multiple departments. Strong Facilitator . You're comfortable leading and addressing questions. Driven Over Degrees . A bachelor's is preferred, but results and ambition matter more. Tech-Savvy & Adaptable . You pick up new systems quickly. Experience with an LMS, Greenhouse, Asana, or HubSpot is a plus.
