The ideal candidate is an experienced restaurant operator who can connect day-to-day restaurant decisions to business results and turn operational opportunities into practical training and development solutions. Director of Training and Development Responsibilities Lead restaurant management training and development programs. Develop training materials, tools, SOPs, and certifications. Conduct field visits, operational inspections, and leadership coaching. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans. Connect restaurant operations, P&L performance, and business results. Director of Training and Development Benefits Competitive $100,000-$115,000 salary range. Leadership role with significant organizational impact. Strong partnership with Operations, HR, Finance, and field leaders. Regular Atlanta-area field presence with no routine overnight travel. Opportunity to build and shape company-wide training systems. Director of Training and Development Requirements 7-10+ years of progressive restaurant operations experience. Experience as a GM, Area Manager, Operations Manager, or Training Manager. Strong restaurant P&L and financial acumen. Proven ability to develop and coach restaurant leaders. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
