Job Description

Illinois Basin Oil and Gas Production Industry Workforce Development Director & Adjunct Instructor Description The Illinois Petroleum Resources Board (IPRB) is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as the Illinois Basin Oil and Gas Production Industry Workforce Development Director in partnership with Southeastern Illinois College (SIC).

Responsibilities include:

Serving as the head instructor for Oil & Gas Production I and II, Artificial Lift Systems, and training courses. Recruiting students for and promoting SIC's Oil & Gas Short Certificate Program. Coordinating internship opportunities with local oil and gas companies. Collaborating with IPRB staff on program promotion and recruitment efforts.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 2,000 hours of oil and gas production industry work experience. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Teaching experience Social media proficiency Salary $40,000 annually on a contractual basis through IPRB, in addition to adjunct instructor pay through SIC for teaching in SIC's Oil & Gas Short Certificate Program at the Southeastern Illinois College Carmi Campus. How to
