Job Description
Texan Credit is seeking a strong, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. This is a training position that will require travel, working in multiple branches when needed, attending scheduled manager meetings with the possibility of relocating to the area where an office needs a Manager. This position will also require continued learning, successful completion of training and willingness to relocate if needed. An MIT must be teachable and learn how to operate a profitable branch. In order to achieve this goal, one must learn to run and operate an office efficiently. This includes but is not limited to knowing all reports / policies, being able to train, coach and lead other employees and complete day-to-day operations of a Manager.
