We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Development Professional to join our Paris team. As a Youth Development Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people through various activities and programs. Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging and educational activities for youth
• Provide guidance and support to students in their personal and academic growth
• Create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
• Teach sports skills and supervise youth in various sports activities
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment
• Assist with homework help and tutoring as needed
• Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement program goals
• Show up and have reliable transportation
• Manage groups of members ranging from 10 to 20

Experience:

• Previous experience working with students in a formal or informal setting
• Familiarity with first aid procedures and ability to respond to medical emergencies
• Experience working with children with special needs or in special education settings is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to implement engaging activities
• Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or daycare is beneficial.

Monday

• Friday, 3:00 PM
