At Renmark, you'll receive hands-on training, direct coaching, and the opportunity to grow with an emerging home improvement company. Launched in January 2026, Renmark is building a residential replacement window business with projected revenue of $3 million in 2026. Join a growing team where you can develop professionally, contribute to the company's growth, and build a foundation for long-term career advancement. THE JOB You'll connect with homeowners in residential neighborhoods, introduce Renmark's replacement window solutions, identify interest, and schedule free in-home estimates. Through hands-on experience and coaching, you'll learn how to engage homeowners, generate interest, and build your sales skills. Previous window sales experience isn't required.
COMPENSATION
Earn a $30,000 annual base salary as a W-2 employee, plus commission based on your individual sales results. You'll receive structured training and the opportunity to increase your earnings through performance.
