We are seeking an energetic and experienced Corporate Trainer to lead the development of our newest Branch Managers and help shape the future of our retail organization. What You'll Do Lead GoldUnion's structured four-week Branch Manager training program. Train new hires on sales techniques, customer service, precious metals buying and selling, operations, compliance, and company procedures. Facilitate classroom instruction, role-playing exercises, and hands-on coaching. Evaluate trainee performance and provide ongoing feedback. Track attendance, testing, and training progress. Partner with Branch Managers and company leadership to ensure successful transitions into the field. Develop and improve training materials as the company continues to grow. Travel occasionally to branch locations throughout California to provide coaching and support. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in corporate training, sales training, retail leadership, coaching, or learning and development. Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills. Experience teaching sales processes, objection handling, customer service, or consultative selling. Luxury retail, jewelry, banking, financial services, precious metals, or high-ticket sales experience is a plus. Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable leading both individuals and groups. Must be able to work onsite in Beverly Hills with occasional travel throughout California.
