This position is being offered based on your experience, professionalism, music industry knowledge, communication skills, and potential ability to support artists, studio sessions, and the overall growth of Muzik411 Studios. As an ADC, you will be expected to represent Muzik411 Studios with professionalism, discipline, and respect at all times. This role requires more than simply being present in the studio. You will be responsible for assisting with artist development, supporting recording sessions, helping maintain a professional studio environment, and contributing to client satisfaction and business growth.

25.00 General Responsibilities As a contracted ADC, your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Supporting artists during recording sessions and helping create a productive studio experience. Assisting with artist development conversations, creative direction, and basic project planning. Helping clients understand available studio services, packages, and opportunities. Maintaining professional communication with artists, clients, engineers, and Muzik411 Studios staff. Ensuring all bookings are properly scheduled through the approved booking system. Confirming that studio sessions are reflected on the internal calendar. Protecting and properly handling all studio equipment, furniture, rooms, and creative assets. Cleaning and resetting the studio space after sessions, including any areas used by clients. Following all Muzik411 Studios rules, policies, procedures, and operational standards. Representing the studio in a way that protects the brand, reputation, and client experience. Professional Conduct You are expected to conduct yourself with maturity, respect, and consistency. Muzik411 Studios is a professional creative environment, and all ADCs are expected to treat clients, artists, staff, vendors, and studio property with care. Unprofessional behavior, poor communication, missed sessions, unauthorized use of the studio, mishandling of equipment, theft, harassment, violence, intoxication during work responsibilities, or any conduct that damages the reputation of Muzik411 Studios may result in immediate termination of this agreement. Studio Equipment and Property All studio equipment, software, furniture, rooms, files, passwords, keys, access codes, and business materials are the property of Muzik411 Studios or its authorized partners. You are expected to use all equipment with extreme care. Any damage caused by negligence, misuse, unauthorized use, or failure to follow studio procedures may result in financial responsibility, removal from the ADC position, or further action as allowed by law. Booking and Scheduling Requirements All client sessions, consultations, and related studio activity must be booked and confirmed through the approved Muzik411 Studios system. No ADC is permitted to accept unauthorized sessions, side deals, cash bookings, or off-calendar appointments using Muzik411 Studios' name, location, equipment, clients, or resources. Confidentiality During your work with Muzik411 Studios, you may be exposed to private business information, client information, unreleased music, creative ideas, financial information, marketing plans, internal documents, or other confidential material. You agree not to share, copy, distribute, post, sell, or misuse any confidential information belonging to Muzik411 Studios, its clients, artists, partners, or staff. Independent Contractor Acknowledgment This offer is for a contracted position. Nothing in this letter should be interpreted as creating a permanent employment relationship unless separately agreed to in writing. As a contracted ADC, you may be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, licensing, transportation, and other personal business expenses, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
