Position Overview We are seeking a high-energy Client Technical Trainer to lead hands-on film application training for our prospective and existing B2B clients—including shop owners, professional installers, and dealership technicians. Based at our Corona, CA center, you will be the face of our technical expertise, ensuring our client network masters our film products, pattern-cutting software, and proper installation standards to maximize their business success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Skill Training:

Host multi-day, hands-on training courses at our Corona center to certify new clients and upscale existing client installers on Window Tint (ceramic/carbon) and PPF application techniques.

Client Retention & Technical Support:

Serve as the primary technical contact for clients facing install challenges, delivering remote troubleshooting or visiting local Southern California client shops for on-site coaching.

Software & Equipment Setup:

Teach client teams how to efficiently operate pattern-cutting software (DAP, Core, FilmCut, etc.) and plotters, emphasizing efficiency, material savings, and precision alignment.

Curriculum & Product Demos:

Support the sales team by hosting live product demonstrations for high-value client prospects; adapt curriculum based on client skill level (beginner to advanced).

Facility & Inventory Operations:

Oversee the Corona training lab, ensuring all client tools, practice panels, test vehicles, plotters, and film materials are stocked and primed for client sessions.

Required Qualifications Installation Expertise:

Minimum 3-5 years of professional automotive window tint and PPF installation experience with high-end craftsmanship.

Client-Facing & Instructional Skills:

Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven ability to coach external business owners and installers with patience and professionalism.

Software & Tool Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with industry-standard pattern cutting software, plotters, wet/dry heat-shrinking, and edge-wrapping techniques.

Client-Oriented Mindset:

Strong problem-solving ability to help clients reduce rework, lower film waste, and scale their installation throughput.

Location & Mobility:

Must be based near or able to commute to Corona, CA, with occasional local travel to client shops in SoCal.

Preferred Qualifications Bilingual:

Fluency in English and Spanish is a strong advantage for client communication in SoCal.

Manufacturer Certification:

Certified installer status in major PPF or Window Film brands. Vinyl Wrap /

Ceramic Coating Experience:
