Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective, and personalized one-on-one training sessions. Create customized fitness programs based on each client's goals and abilities. Motivate, educate, and hold clients accountable throughout their fitness journey. Maintain a professional, positive, and welcoming training environment. Accurately track client progress and communicate with management as needed. Qualifications Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent). Current CPR/AED certification. Strong communication and customer service skills. Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. Ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards.
